Johann Krol is born in 1951 (Farmsum, in the north of the Netherlands) and is a self-taught artist and a graphic designer. He also creates murals. Johann has dedicated a huge part of his life making detailed drawings and acrylic paintings. The diversity of his themes and subjects in his work reflect his many travels. Since 2003 his medium of choice is mostly colored pencil but also large figurative abstract acrylic paintings and sculptures. He loves the every day and ordinairy subjects.
