Realistic acrylic painting of the Argentinian painter Marco Ortolan featuring his painting Carnival in Venice, painted by the dutch fine artist Paul Meijering.
The original painting is 90 x 90 cm.
Marco Ortolan is an Argentine painter who has exhibited widely nationally as well as in Italy, Mexico, Germany, Portugal and the United States. His themes change constantly because he believes that 'the artist must be universal', with no messages because 'art is interpretation'. Ortolan oscillates between hyperrealism and impressionism, his pieces beginning to take shape with colour drawings. Large strokes depict shapes from large to small and are translated through oil on wood using various tools.
